Martial Arts Programs
Mini Ninjas (Age 2)
Our toddler program introduces little ones to movement, listening, and cooperation in a playful, structured way. Each class focuses on building motor skills, patience, and emotional control while having fun!
Lil Ninjas (Age 3–4)
Preschoolers learn focus, balance, and coordination through exciting drills and games. Classes help children develop listening skills, confidence, and respect—laying the foundation for both martial arts and everyday success.
Ninjas (Age 5–6)
Young students build discipline, self-control, and perseverance while learning core martial arts techniques. This program balances fun with structure, helping kids grow in confidence, focus, and respect for others.
Warriors (Age 7–9)
Students at this stage work on responsibility, goal-setting, and resilience. With a focus on forms, self-defense, and teamwork, kids strengthen both their martial arts skills and their character.
Juniors (Age 10–13)
Pre-teens develop leadership, confidence, and perseverance while refining martial arts techniques. Classes challenge students physically and mentally, preparing them for success on and off the mat.
Teens (Age 14-17)
Teens gain confidence, focus, and resilience while pushing their skills further. Classes challenge them physically and mentally, helping them grow into strong leaders both on and off the mat.
Adults (Age 18+)
Adults enjoy a supportive environment that improves fitness, reduces stress, and builds practical self-defense skills. Whether a beginner or experienced, training offers strength, focus, and community.
Birthday Parties
